Head Chef, Eddie Gray designs delicious monthly Food Heroes Menus using local, seasonal ingredients sourced within a 75 mile radius of Rudding Park. His signature dish being ‘outdoor Easingwold pork belly, black pudding with Harrogate honey wholegrain mustard dressing’.
